The Bears’ lower position on the list comes as a bit of a surprise, although it’s not expected that they will win the Super Bowl next year.

Next year, the Bears are committed to achieving success, unlike some NFL teams focused on obtaining higher draft picks or saving cap space, regardless of the outcome. The opportunity to improve the team is present as Justin Fields is still on his rookie contract.

Once the NFC North administrative odds are revealed, it will be intriguing to observe as the Bears may hold some value within the division. This is influenced not only by their own performance, but also by the other teams in the division.

Tigers are Tigers, and while the Vikings may have a higher floor than the Bears did last year, they may not have as high of a ceiling due to lacking the same potential as Fields.

If Aaron Rodgers returns, the Packers will be the team to beat. Without him, they may struggle to compete with the Vikings and Bears unless they find another talented player.

The Bears have hired Luke Getsy, former QB coach for the Packers, as their new play-caller. With Getsy’s help in developing Fields and a strong defense, Chicago has the potential to surprise in 2022.

Poles opted for Chicago over Minnesota.

Multiple reports have indicated that Poles had the opportunity to become the Vikings GM but ultimately decided to join the Bears.

According to one key individual, Chicago offers a more attractive sports environment compared to Minnesota.

The main reason is likely the quarterback position, with Kirk Cousins outperforming Fields in 2021 despite his hefty $24 million salary. It’s hard to see the 33-year-old improving much more at this stage.

Statistics indicate that Fields, aged 22, performed poorly as a quarterback. However, this is a common trend among inexperienced quarterbacks, and the Bears are taking a gamble that Nagy’s offensive tactics were a major factor in the struggles.

It is strange that the Bears may bring back Nagy in 2022 despite his potentially negative impact.

As a rookie, Bills quarterback Josh Allen struggled, but he showed significant improvement in his second year with new coaches. While Fields still has a lot of room for growth before being compared to Allen, his talent is evident even though he has yet to fully showcase it on the field.

In 2022, the Bears may face challenges, but fans are hopeful that new leadership will bring success.
