Before the pandemic, Andy Roinotis and Denny Trakas, the creative minds behind RBI Brunch Bar in Rockford, conceived the idea. They later teamed up with rock legend Rick Nielsen, who became a model ambassador for the establishment.
Nielson, a native of Illinois, is the prominent figure behind the recently opened Hard Rock Rockford Casino. He is most recognized for his role as the lead guitarist and primary songwriter of the popular American rock band Cheap Trick.
